The article presents an information system for data analysis of electronic operational documentation, the main purpose which is storage, collection and information, as well formation expert decision forecasting to improve quality user work speed processing large amounts information. functional structure maintaining documentation was considered, a description flows business processes carried out, interaction support systems with subject area studied.
